Your first stop is Göreme Panorama, offering breathtaking views over Göreme town and its unique cave houses carved into the volcanic landscape.
Continue to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, the largest and most important monastic complex in Cappadocia and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore rock-cut churches, chapels, and monasteries adorned with remarkably preserved frescoes dating from the 10th to 13th centuries. This spiritual center was shaped in the 4th century by influential early Christian figures, including St. Basil the Great, St. Gregory of Nyssa, and St. Gregory of Nazianzus.
Next, visit Paşabağ (Monks Valley), famous for its extraordinary multi-stem fairy chimneys. Here, you will see a chapel dedicated to St. Simeon and a hermit’s shelter carved into a distinctive three-headed fairy chimney.
Continue to Devrent Valley, also known as Imagination Valley. Enjoy a relaxed walk among unusual rock formations shaped like cones, mushrooms, animals, and human figures—created naturally over thousands of years by volcanic activity, wind, and water erosion.
