Booking with Unique Ephesus Tours is simple and transparent. Below is our step-by-step reservation process, including typical confirmation times, payment stages, and support channels.
Fill out the Reservation Form
Complete the Reservation Form on the tour page and provide all required details accurately (travel dates, number of travelers, hotel preferences if applicable, and contact information).
Submit your request
After submitting the form, our team reviews your request and starts checking availability for the services included in your package (hotels, guides, transfers, and domestic flights if applicable).
Confirmation email (typical response time)
You will receive an email response—often within a few hours during business hours—confirming availability and outlining the next steps. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) so you don’t miss our message.
Review reservation details
Our email will include the final reservation information such as availability status, total cost, what is included, and any important notes. Please review everything carefully and let us know if you’d like adjustments.
Deposit payment to secure your booking
To secure reservations with limited availability, a deposit is required. We typically request 25%–30% of the total amount, and we will send a secure payment link with clear instructions.
Balance payment
The remaining balance is typically settled upon arrival in Turkey (for many packages, this may be paid in cash at the start of the trip). Payment methods and timing will be confirmed clearly in writing before you proceed.
Reservation completion
After receiving the deposit, we finalize and book all components of your package such as domestic flights (if included), hotels, tours, guides, and transfers.
Receive final travel documents
Once your reservation is completed, we will send your final documents including your confirmed itinerary, hotel details, flight information (if included), pickup times, and emergency contact information. Please review your documents carefully and keep them accessible during your trip.
