Upon arrival in Istanbul, begin a guided sightseeing tour of the city’s historic heart. Visit the Hippodrome of Constantinople, once the social and political center of Byzantine Constantinople. Continue to the Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque), renowned for its elegant domes and blue İznik tiles, followed by the magnificent Hagia Sophia, one of the world’s greatest architectural masterpieces. After breakfast, enjoy a full-day exploration of Cappadocia’s unique landscape and cultural heritage. Visit Tatlarin Underground City, once used as a shelter by early civilizations. Stop at Esentepe Hill for panoramic views of the fairy chimneys, then continue to the Göreme Open-Air Museum, home to rock-cut churches decorated with remarkable frescoes.
Explore Pigeon Valley and enjoy a photo stop at Uçhisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia. End the day at Sunset Hill, offering breathtaking views as colors change across the valleys.
